Municipal Court

CHANGES TO COURT OPERATIONS RESULTING FROM CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
Marietta Municipal Court has been closely monitoring developments around the spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19).  As part of our Continuity of Operations Plan, our goals are to limit the impact on visitors and staff.  As such, it has been necessary to cancel all court sessions between March 13, 2020, and April 14, 2020, with the exception of court appearances for individuals in custody.

Court and Probation offices remain open for business, however, the Court/Probation lobby has been closed to the public.  Please utilize our drive-thru for assistance on your case.  To mitigate the potential for exposure to Corona Virus to our employees and customers, please consider calling the court office at 770-794-5400 to conduct your business.  All probation-related matters should be directed to the Probation office at 770-794-5411. Please utilize the links on the left navigation pane of this page to find information regarding online/phone payment methods, electronic filing of appeals or disputes for photo-enforced and parking violations, and online requests for copies of records.
