Hire a Trained Workforce

Operation Workforce

Operation: Workforce is aimed to aid Georgia’s returning veterans in locating employment.  The Operation: Workforce website allows Georgia employers who have signed the “Pledge to Support Georgia’s Veterans” to post job listings and review applications. Veterans are able to translate their military occupational classifications into civilian occupations that best align with their skill set and training and apply for open positions. Employers who sign the pledge commit to give “enhanced hiring opportunities to veterans” and will receive a “Hire a Georgia Veteran” logo for use in their marketing materials. To create a corporate profile and search for qualified candidates visit the Operation: Workforce page.
